Vanderbloemen Search Group is currently seeking the next Intern to join the team. The Vanderbloemen Internship Program is unique in that interns rotate throughout each team during their time at Vanderbloemen Search Group. The prospective intern will alternate between Operations, Candidate Relations, and Consultant teams in increments of two weeks. This offers an opportunity to gain a wide breadth of experience and learn from all teams, while gaining exposure to, and learning from, nearly every area at Vanderbloemen. The successful candidate will value excellence in all things and will complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be an organizational builder. They will likely have experience working in a church or para-church ministry. Proven experience in leadership, creative thinking, problem solving, and organizational development are needed.
