About the Position:
The Office Manager will serve as an organizational leader for VSG, serving on the administrative team while supporting the entire office staff as needed, particularly Vanderbloemen’s C.O.O.
The Office Manager must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be an organizational builder. He or she will have excellent administrative skills with an innate attention to detail. They must possess a propensity for "yes" with the ability to gracefully multi-task and manage several projects at once. Duties range from corresponding with clients regarding financial accounts, to managing office materials, event planning, staff on boarding oversight, interoffice communication, and potentially even handling invoicing and expenses.
The ideal candidate will have a natural leadership ability, while possessing initiative to foresee needs and improve upon the administrative processes of VSG.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Prior experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in a business or ministry setting is ideal. Proven experience in creative thinking, problem solving, and organizational development is needed, as the Office Manager will have new projects present themselves on a daily basis.
