Senior HIgh/Young Adult Pastor
We are looking for someone to give spiritual and organizational leadership to our Senior High and Young Adult ministry at our church. The church has a weekly attendance of approximately 800 people at three Sunday morning services. This person should have extensive experience leading youth groups and have a heart for communicating God's Word, evangelism, and discipleship. This person should also agree with the doctrinal and lifestyle statement of Riverview Church. This position reports to the Lead Pastor and provides health insurance and an expense account.

Skills required
We are looking for a faithful follower of Christ with a heart for evangelism, an ability to teach the Word of God, and the organizational skills to lead a ministry and a team of volunteers. The position would be divided approximately with 80% of the time being directed toward the Senior High Youth Ministry and 20% of the time directed toward our Young Adult ministry.
