The Associate Administrator has a variety of duties associated with the running of the Church Office. It is the first person to greet guests and is our face to the public.
The duties associated with this position include knowledge of and competence with electronic media; ability to develop an electronic filing system and data management; the collects and analyzes data; prepares reports, and maintains files. It is responsible for ordering supplies, prepares worship bulletins and supervises volunteers.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in project management.
The position provides event management for the Director of Christian Education, including planning details for retreats, missions, and programs associated to youth ministry; including finger-printing for various Children's and Youth events.
The purpose of this position is to support the Pastor and DCE in worship services, communications and programs; to establish and maintain congregational records and commnications; greet all visitors and members of the congregation.
