General Job Description:
The Next Generation / Family Pastor will:
Oversee the spiritual and general activity of the kids and student ministry of CATALYST CHURCH.
Lead, grow and build team leaders that, in turn, lead teams of volunteers.
Create and implement curriculum and discipleship methods for teaching and developing a relationship with God.
Provide a creative and exciting atmosphere that is fun and engaging for kids, teens and volunteers alike.
Partner with parents to make sure that there is strong communication for applying what taught.
Always connect and align with the mission and vision of CATALYST CHURCH.
Enthusiastically serves alongside staff of other church departments and ministries.
