Job Description:

The New Heart Foundation is searching for an experienced pastor or ministry leader with a Christ-centered recovery background. 

 

The most desirable candidate would have business and ministry experience with appropriate education and training.  

 

The Director of Expansion and Development would work collaboratively with the President | Executive Director in the development of Christ-centered resources for pastors and ministry leaders seeking to offer intentional ministry to the population of the broken and hurting (e.g. addicts, alcoholics, abuse, victims, etc).  In addition, the Director of Expansion and Development would be responsible to recruit and establish new New Heart Ministry churches and develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
