Summary:

We currently have a full-time opening for a PRODUCER/PRODUCTION COORDINATOR at our radio station business unit in Little Rock, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of satellite delivered syndicated programming
• Provide voice work for commercials, promos and voice tracking between shows on a CTT station
• Assigning work to other production staff
• Assistance with other production as needed
• Running the master control room board for live shows
• Running in studio cameras during live shows
• Call screening
• Guest scheduling
• Completion of internal paperwork (program logs, transmitter logs) Being proactive when problems occur
• Handle production requests
• Isolating audio for show promos
• Monitoring status of transmitters via remote software
• Monitoring air signal of all cluster stations
• Ensuring programming and commercial inventory airs as scheduled,
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the radio industry required.
• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is highly motivated, dependable, energetic, and displays professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company.
• Must have experience working with digital audio control boards, studio equipment, and radio automation software/systems
• Experience with the NexGen Automation system; XDS and Unity satellite receivers; ISDN; and Adobe Audition is a plus!
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Primary working hours days, but must be able to work nights, weekends, and holiday coverage as needed
