SouthPoint church in Eufaula, AL., has an opening for a full-time Worship Arts Pastor. SouthPoint is a non-denominational congregation, with a vision for reaching unchurched and de-churched people in our community.
Responsibilities include: Development and expansion of the creative elements of the worship service, band, singers, tech team and stage design. Requires not only strong musical skills, but also strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good people skills are essential for working closely with volunteers and shepherding them in their development. Must be a team player.
