• Experience providing direct leadership of a high-volume food service production environment
• A strong work ethic and the ability produce high-quality work in others that is contagious
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of customers: vendors, internal, external, guests
• Ability to see the details amongst the big picture – clean kitchen, great food, happy guests and employees
• A love for food, feeding the masses and the sheep – mentoring and spiritually guiding employees under your care

You might also have:

• Food Service Management in a camp and conference setting
• Previous Ministry Experience
• An internal clock that drives to keep all meals delivered on time
