Job Description:

Salem Media Group Cleveland is seeking a talented individual to serve as our Local Ministry Director. 

 

This important role is responsible for all aspects of local church and pastoral relations, including the sale of local long form programming and spot advertising to local churches and ministries, developing new ministry radio programs to assist churches in enlarging their critical impact in the community, and serving as our liaison to the NE Ohio community of pastors and leaders.

 

The ideal candidate is: 

 

  • Persuasive,  goal-oriented, creative, and able to establish and grow professional relationships.

 

  • Has  a proven track in media sales, ministry program sales, and/or pastoral ministry.

 

  • Has a passion for our radio station formats and digital products.

 

  • Has strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
