The Minister of Youth is responsible for all the aspects of programming and personnel, which are necessary for the implementation of a high-quality youth and education ministry at Fannin Terrace Baptist Church. It is supported through: access to office space, phone, office equipment, budgetary considerations, inclusion in staff training and direct supervision by the pastor. We are looking for someone with at least a Bible College Degree, but preferably with seminary training. We also seek someone with 2 to 3 years experience. Pay is for full time position as well as insurance and retirment. Relocation reimbursement available. Must be able to work with strong team as well as approach ministry with a family mindset.
