Position Overview 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead Branches. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational leadership and administrative skills, with a proven ability to unify and lead a dedicated team. As the Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in implementing our strategic vision, building strong relationships with donors, and overseeing successful fundraising initiatives. 


Key Responsibilities 
1. Organizational Leadership: 
• Provide visionary leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and strategic goals. 
• Foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture. 
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers. 
• Meet individually with clients during the week, and clients in crisis during off-hours, if needed. 
• Reports to the Board of Directors. 


2. Administrative Skills: 
• Responsible for management and evaluation of personnel, fundraising, and for the overall day-to-day operations, programs and services. 
• Oversee Center Director(s), ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. 
• Collaborate with Center Director(s) to develop and implement job descriptions, policies, and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with Center Director(s) to oversee and implement educational programs for clients, and training programs for staff and volunteers. 

Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making data-driven decisions to improve the performance of the Center. 
• Create and oversee an annual budget while coordinating with the Accountant and Treasurer, ensuring that the organization is operating within the approved budget, and that the organization is in a positive ?nancial position.  


3. Team Uni?cation: 
• Build a cohesive and high-performing team by promoting open communication and collaboration. 
• Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. 


4. Donor Communication: 
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, providing regular updates on organizational progress. 
• Develop strategies to expand and diversify the donor base. 
• Effectively communicate the impact of the organization's work to donors through various channels. 
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with pastors, churches and other similar ministries/organizations in the area through consistent communication and public speaking opportunities. 


5. Fundraising: 
• Lead fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, and special events. 
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to ensure ?nancial sustainability and growth. 
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify and pursue funding opportunities. 


Quali?cations 
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a non-pro?t organization. 
• Strong organizational and administrative skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience with Apple computers and software like Word and Excel, along with either knowledge of or the ability to learn CRM’s like eGiving and eKyros. 
• Demonstrated success in team building and leadership. 
• Track record of successful fundraising and donor relations. 

Compensation 
• Pay: $53,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and education. 
• Job Type: Full Time. 
• Location: El Dorado, Kansas 
• Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed for church speaking opportunities. 
• Vacation: Two weeks paid per year. In addition: One week paid during Spring Break; three days paid during Thanksgiving; and two weeks paid during Christmas.
